Graham studied Science and Education at the University of New England with doctoral studies in physical Chemistry. He has many years of experience in education as a secondary school teacher, college lecturer then Associate Professor in Education at the University of New England where his final role was leading Academic Staff Development. Graham established Coaching Works in 1997 after graduating from Coach University. He is a facilitator for Corporate Coach University which aims to help managers to develop as coaches so that they are best able to develop the skills of their staff and grow their organisations.

Florence studied History and Sociology before becoming a secondary teacher in Papua New Guinea. She later worked in Student Administration as an advisor to Post Graduate sudents in Education. Prior to joining Graham in Coaching Works she was Manager of the Organisational Development Unit at the University of New England.

As an Organisational Consultant Florence is enthusiastically committed to organisational and individual learning. She provides practical programs and workshops which fit the particular culture, goals and needs of the client organisation or the individual. She believes that individuals and groups discover their own rich source of ideas, learning and problem solving when provided with a supportive environment and the opportunity to reflect on their work, processes and behaviours.

Through her extensive experience both as a facilitator and a change agent Florence is convinced that many individuals have lost touch with what motivates and satisfies them. Many people are either stuck in work that does not suit them or have grown jaded as a result of a lack of creativity or balance in their lives. She offers workshops which help the individual discover/rediscover their passion and plan for a meaningful and satisfying future.
